Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Times We ship internationally from our supplier network. Estimated delivery times are:
- South Africa: 7–20 business days
- European Union: 15–30 business days
- Rest of World: 15–35 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
