Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item in your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return or cancellation request through your customer account order page before the withdrawal period expires.

Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exceptions — Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Unsealed hygiene or grooming products (e.g. grooming kits) that have been opened after delivery, due to health and hygiene reasons

Non-EU Customers For customers outside the European Union, please contact us at thepetgallery@tnggroup.co.za to initiate a return. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
